The firm was established by the late Samuel H. Jubelirer, President Judge of Blair County, over seventy years ago and has continued to provide services to clients in Central and Western Pennsylvania since its inception. 

Located in Central Pennsylvania, the Law Firm appears regularly in the Courts of Allegheny, Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Cameron, Centre, Clearfield, Clinton, Cumberland, Elk, Franklin, Fulton, Huntingdon, Indiana, Jefferson, Juniata, Lycoming, Mifflin, Perry, Somerset and Westmoreland counties. In addition to the Commonwealth Courts we regularly provide representation for our clients in the Federal Courts, Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania; as well as appearing before Worker's Compensation Judge's throughout Central Pennsylvania.

Our  firm represents clients in civil litigation, as well as construction litigation, commercial transactions and litigation, municipal and environmental law and eminent domain.  The firm also has an extensive real estate and commercial practice and has experience in labor and employment law.
